Over the weekend I received details about the Commonwealth Sports awards which were held at the Royal Armouries Leeds on 24th October 2009...

Usain Bolt was the winner of the Outstanding Male Athlete 2009 - and sent a wondeful message of acceptance to the event which contained an inspiring message for the young people of Leeds. You can watch and listen to Usain's message by visiting http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkARsPgYSMA.
