AND MORE REFLECTIONS

Our lives are full of stress, challenge and hastle and the pace never seems to let up. We all know what we need to do but we never seem to find the time. These are some of the things that will make a difference:
  • Breathe.
  • Exercise.
  • Stretch.
  • Walk.
  • Stamp your feet.
  • Dance.
  • Touch your toes.
  • Sing.
  • Get enough sleep.
  • Regularly take a break.
